Ghana’s most celebrated football legend Abedi Pele has disclosed his favorite artiste in the music industry.
Abedi in an interview on GTV Sports Plus snubbed the likes of Shatta Wale, Sarkodie, and Stonebwoy as he chooses the Taadi rapper Kofi Kinaata as his favorite artist.
he revealed;
“The guy from Takoradi, Kofi Kinaata, is my favorite Ghanaian musician. That’s my guy,”
Abedi Pele revealed;
“You know, I own part of Izwe Savings & Loans and our CEO had a party and invited us. Kofi Kinaata came and performed live in front of me. It was amazing. That was the day I said, ‘this is the guy!’”
Kofi Kinaata in a reaction to that took to his Instagram handle and posted;
“It is an honour to be Abedi Ayew Pele’s favourite Ghanaian artiste.”
