Big Sean is celebrating his 31st birthday and takes to Instagram with a message about depression and anxiety.
The icon speaks about feeling off the past few years and not understanding why, seeking the aid of a therapist, finding clarity, overcoming struggles with his mother, depression, anxiety, having toxic relationships, meditation, skydiving, discovering self-love, and happiness. He then talks about getting back in the studio and making his best music ever.
Sean began the healing process last year after cancelling his Unfriendly Reminder tour. He said it was for creative reasons and that he wanted to focus on his music. The news came a few months after Double Or Nothing with Metro Boomin.
