Controversial Nollywood actress, Tonto Dikeh is not through with helping poor Nigerians during this period of Covid-19 lockdown.
The lockdown is to keep people safe and ensure that the virus is not transmitted further but many Nigerians have complained of hunger.
Many celebrities have risen to this challenge and contributed their quota to their fans and followers who need help.
A few days ago, we reported that Tonto Dikeh shared her plans to distribute hundreds of hand sanitisers to Nigerians who cannot afford to buy one.
Recently, she called on Nigerians who sell foodstuff to identify themselves as she noted that she wants to buy bags of food from them.
The actress explained that her foundation, which is named after her is about to start its raw food bank drive.
She stated that she would be helping 5000 Nigerians to sustain their homes during this period.
According to her, she would be donating, 300 tins of tomatoes, 10,000 bags of pure water, 10,000 noodles, 10,000 bread, 130 bags of beans, 130 bags of Garri, 2000 multivitamins and 2000 immune system booster.
