Following news that rocked social media yesterday about DMW Boss; Davido terminating one of his signees contract; Idowest, he has now come out to allay the fears of those that feel there is commotion in the label by addressing the issue.
He has said in a post via his Insta story on Instagram that Idowest’s contract has not been terminated and that he remains a core DMW act like his other fellows. He also said that people should stop spreading “stupid rumours,” stating that Idowest stays with the gang for life.
We can call recall that Idowest was signed sometime in May this year still making him the latest recruit at the most powerful music label in Africa. The singer has a song “Ji Masun” ft his boss under the label which is rocking the streets.
However, eyebrows were raised when the news spread on the internet that he has been sent packing from DMW, but it has now been revealed that it’s just mere rumour. He also reconfirms that Idowest will be the first performer at his London 02 show in January next year.
