Sony Music act, Davido, seems to be on his way to getting a slot on hit TV series, ‘Empire‘.
A few hours back, star act, Taraji P. Henson, who plays Cookie Lyon on the show, took to her Instagram to profess her love for Davido’s new track ‘How Long’ featuring American singer, Tinashe.
She wrote:
ANYBODY who knows me know I LOVE MUSIC!!! especially WORLD MUSIC!!! Thank you @tymwallacehair for turning me on to another heater!!!
Not long after, Davido, took to his own Instagram account to thank Taraji for the love shown, using that opportunity to ask for a slot on her show, Empire.
Big ups @tarajiphenson….LET ME BRING THAT AFRICAN HEAT TO EMPIRE!! ONE EPISODE IS COOL FOR ME LOL.

And we all know Cookie Lyon calls the shot, who knows, Davido, might just be the next guest star on the show.
