DJ Maphorisa aplogises after rejecting Cassper Nyovest’s verse on “Phoyisa”

On Twitter, the DJ shared a video of himself performing the song and further announced that the rapper’s verse will be on the song.

However, Cas felt depressed after he woke up to Maphorisa’s message that he isn’t needed on the record again.

According to words from the rapper, Twitter users, who are probably not his fans were behind the rejection he got.

“Nah i don’t listen to twitter. I just think the energy around the song changed when they heard i was on the song. I don’t wanna mess up Maphorisa’s moment with ppl discussing my verse instead of just enjoying the song. The energy around the song was so positive till this morning.”

The rapper is however happy for the DJ and can’t wait for the music drop.

“Can’t wait for Phorry to drop the song so we can continue dancing to his tune!!! Him and Kabza been serving us all year and it seems like they might serve us all year long in 2020 as well. Phoisa!!! VULA FTSEK HEEEY!!!!”

Cassper reacted to tweeps talk about the issue and further revealed that DJ Maphorisa has apologised. Though, there might still be a collabo from the duo, but that’s till 2020.
