SA music artist, Zakes Bantwini drops his take on the Nigerian stars, Davido, Tiwa Savage and Mr Eazi’s appearance on the international publication, Billboard’s latest cover.
The covers were unveiled on Thursday and the trio spoke about Africa’s music.
Taking to Instagram, Zakes said: When I joined Sony Music Africa as an Executive my dream was to see an African Artist break global boundaries in my lifetime yet still reside in Africa. This cover is an indication that this is our Time and let’s be on Time. S/O to Davido, Mr. Eazi and Tiwa, next on the cover will be from the South of Africa.
