Football enthusiasts were wowed by the best league in the world, LaLiga at the three-day 2019 COPA LAGOS event which took place over the weekend at Eko Atlantic City. At the event, LaLiga had a fan zone, where guests had the opportunity to experience the passion of LaLiga. The fan zone had a LaLiga jersey stand, showcasing the 20 clubs of the best league in the world.
To further create an amazing wholesome football experience, LaLiga had a Goal Scoring Header challenge were the highest headers of the league were positioned in a game and fans were tasked to reach the ball! It was an engaging experience and fans who participated won amazing prizes, courtesy LaLiga!
The highlight of the moment was when three of the participants won LaLiga jerseys. The jerseys won included- Deportivo Alavés, Villarreal CF and Real Madrid!
Whilst presenting the winners with the jerseys, LaLiga Delegate in Nigeria, Guillermo Perez Castello said, “I am extremely proud to present the jerseys to these wonderful and vibrant football enthusiasts. LaLiga is more than football, it is uniting football fans across the world with a common interest, and Nigeria is one of our target markets to incorporate that experience”.
