Award-winning Gospel musician, Joyce Blessing has disclosed that in Ghana, she comes first when it comes to an authentic Gospel singer.
According to an interview with host, Fante Breda on Top FM, Joyce Blessing stated confidently that she will rate herself over any other gospel artist in Ghana because when it comes to writing songs, she is on top then comes live performance, versatility, stagecraft, worship and praises type of songs and awards she has seen it all.
“I am number one in Ghana if we are looking at top ten gospel artistes in Ghana. I am number one in worship songs, number one in praises songs. I am a song writer. I am a composer. I wrote and composed all my current songs. It is just few of my previous songs that someone helped me to write.
When it comes to performance, I am a performer and no one comes close. My stagecraft is number one. I have awards in Ghana and all across Africa. My song has 100% content. My production is 100% tight. I am dynamic and not one way. So when it comes to ratings, I am number one” she stated.
About a year ago, there was brouhaha between Joe Mettle and Patience Nyarko as to whether who is the best and number one gospel artist in the country.
This perhaps has taken a new dimension as ‘The Unbreakable’ Joyce Blessing has kindled it with another twist, establishing herself as the best gospel artist in Ghana.
Joyce Blessing therefore declared that nobody comes closer to her in terms of talent.
