Kendall Jenner and her best friend Hailey Bieber were spotted shopping in Santa Monica on Wednesday, October 7.
Kendall, 24, and Hailey, 23, were spotted making their way down the street. Both women bared their midriff.
Hailey wore skintight jeans, a beige bra, and a brown sweater. Kendall went braless as she wore a cropped white tank top. She paired it with a baggy pair of off-white trousers.
