Kenya Moore has reunited with her estranged husband, Marc Daly weeks after their split.
The former Miss USA and Real Housewives of Atlanta star shared an adorable Instagram photo of her and ex Marc Daly happily posing with their daughter Brooklyn on her first birthday on Sunday, November 3, 2019.
She wrote in her caption: ‘ Happy Birthday, @thebrooklyndaly your mommy and daddy love you beyond any words. You are light of my life, my whole world and my future. God blessed my existence with you and daddy. Thank you for choosing us to be your parents.
This comes days after Kenya Moore broke her silence on her separation from husband, Marc Daly.
In an interview with PEOPLE, the reality star confirmed that they have not filed for divorce yet after announcing their breakup in September 2019.
“I didn’t get married to quit,” Kenya told PEOPLE. “I love my husband. I don’t doubt that he loves me. Let me be clear, I took my vows seriously. I believe in for better and for worse and I believe in trying it all before you walk away, especially when we do have a child and we are a family.”
Kenya isn’t so sure that Marc feels the same way. “I am hopeful, and have always wanted to work on our relationship. But I just don’t know if that’s even a possibility at this point, honestly,” she said. “Marc doesn’t seem to be there. I’d feel more comfortable calling it quits if I knew I’d tried everything and it still didn’t work. And we definitely didn’t do everything we could have done to save our relationship.”
“It is with profound sadness that I regret to inform my fans that I am divorcing my husband Marc Daly,” Kenya said in a statement to PEOPLE at the time. “Due to recent and ongoing circumstances, I can no longer continue in the marriage. My sole concern and focus is and will always be my daughter, Brooklyn, my miracle baby. She was made in love and true commitment. I ask for our privacy to be respected moving forward.“
Addressing the rumors that led to her breakup with Marc, Kenya said: “I can tell you I’ve heard a lot of rumors about secret families. I can tell you that’s completely made up; there’s zero truth to that,” she clarified to PEOPLE. “In terms of infidelity, I’ve had no proof of that. That’s not our issue.”
Kenya Moore and Marc Daly who secretly tied the knot at a secret St. Lucia ceremony in June 2017, welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Brooklyn Doris Daly in November 2018.
