While two MLAs were said to be against each other, five congressional MLAs who should have voted for the party’s first choice were said to have voted for the second candidate.
Speaking of disciplinary action, Mr Patol then tweeted: “Party takes Chandrakanth Handore’s defeat in MLC election seriously”.
