Matthew Raymond Hauri (born March 19, 1996), known professionally as Yung Gravy, is an American rapper from Minnesota. He first received recognition in 2017 when his song “Clean on Mr. SoundCloud” is now certified platinum by the RIAA. Since 2017, Yung Gravy has completed seven international tours and released a mix of Soundtrack, three albums, and seven EPs. Matthew Howrey was born in Rochester, Minnesota. His father was Swiss-American insomnia psychologist Peter Johannes Hauri (1933-2013), and his mother was Cynthia Cleveland Hauri. Hauri graduated from Mayo High School in 2014. He attended the University of Wisconsin in Madison, Wisconsin, and received his degree in Marketing in December 2017.
