She received a cheque of R10,000 bouquet of red roses and other gifts.
Khosi Twala also took herself out and explored different meals as seen in videos shared.
The reality TV star has loyal fans who are concerned about everything that has to do with her.
Recently, it was reported that she was involved in a car accident, and in a twinkle of an eye, she trended on social media as fans raised voices of prayers for her safety.
She assured fans that she is fine and appreciated the love.
