Of all the things to get your head stuck in, a toilet seat has been down there with the least appealing.
But four-year-old Luca managed to do exactly that yesterday – and keep a brave smile on his face in the process.
The fire service had to come to the rescue of the boy from Barnsley after his mum Nicola discovered him with the seat over his head.
She drove him to her local fire station yesterday were firefighters used snippers to free him from the plastic seat.
Firefighter Dave Rogers, said: ‘This was definitely one of our more unusual incidents, but we were more than happy to help.
‘Needless to say, he was one very relieved lad when the seat finally came off.’
