Ayanda Thabethe revealed she has lost weight during her Covid-19 journey.
The star mentioned she had contracted the virus in December 2020 and she lost 5kg that same month.
Although she has lost a lot, but she is now in line with her body goals.
Social media users shared their own personal body goals for 2021 with Ayanda on Twitter
Ayanda has gone back to the gym and spoke about her body goals for 2021.
She shared that her personal trainer wants her to be curvy but she’s happy with her weight.
She is currently 55kg’s and says that this is her ideal weight.
Ayanda said: “Lost 5kgs in December – some of it was muscle gained. Nonetheless, I’m at my ideal weight and so happy. Now, I just want to be healthy and toned. What are your body goals this year?”
