Boity Thulo has taken to her social media to reveal the secret of her weight loss.
This is coming after a tweep asked if the star is still doing her intermittent fasting and how it is going for her.
Recall, Boity recent launched her perfume brand which she named, “Pink Sapphire”.
Even with that, she still keep making moves and has a lot of things to achieve.
However, Boity’s body goals has gotten many of her fans mouth watering over her as they are curious on how she get her body banging.
She revealed that she has managed to shift to “One Meal A Day” but not always.
The tweep asked: “Are you still doing intermittent fasting? How’s that going?”
Boity then replied: “That’s been the core reason behind my weight loss. It’s going tremendously well. I’ve managed to shift into OMAD but not consistently.”
