Coronavirus has left the UK and much of the world on lockdown as we battle to suppress the spread of the disease.
The government has taken the unprecedented step of ordering people to stay at home and to practice social distancing when making any necessary trips out for medical treatment, shopping for necessities, daily exercise or essential work.
The first confirmed death in the UK related to Covid-19 was on March 5, with the toll rising to 1,228 on March 29.
