The mastermind – Tharina Human who was linked to the kidnapping of a six-year old Vanderbijlpark girl has now formally pleaded guilty of the charges against her in the High Court in Palm Ridge.
Last year, Human and two other men planned the abduction of the little girl close to her school. After the kidnap, they requested for the payment of R2 million ransom from the girl’s parents for her release.
During the early hours if the next morning, the little girl was dropped off on the roadside.
She has tendered a plea and sentencing agreement with the state.
However, Human confessed to the court that she kidnapped the six-year old girl in September last year and also threatened her father.
She also confessed that she threatened to impose harm on the minor if her parents doesn’t transfer the money.
