Nicki Minaj’s father, Robert Maraj is announced to have died in New York by a hit and run driver.
The 64-year-old was pronounced dead a day after being hit by a driver as he was walking along a road in Long Island on Friday night.
Officers from Nassau County Police Department say “the investigation is ongoing”, and the rapper hasn’t said anything publicly yet.
People who witnessed the unfortunate incident have been asked to come forward and help identify the perpetrator or give an account of what happened.
