Rapper Rouge expressed disappointment on how the South African Miniter of Arts and Culture, Nathi Mthethwa managed the funds meant to be disbursed to artists during pandemic.
The rapper saw the news shared on social media and called on other colleagues in the entertainment industry in other to have the Minister resign.
