A young man named Nathan Ranklin has one of the shocking weight loss and he’s narrated the struggles and how he was able to achieve success with the loss.
Daily Mail reported that doctors had told Nathan when he was 14-year-old that he might not reach 30 years of age, if he doesn’t do something about his weight.
After being trolled and called “fat”, he decided to keep fit and he lost about 19 stones.
Some of the difficulties experienced with the weight was damaging his car seat; having to pay for 2 seats anytime he goes out using public transport.
“I also was a really heavy drinker, especially after I lost my dad to cancer in 2014, my drinking began to spiral out of control. I went out at least four times a week and I would polish off two bottles of vodka before leaving the house, and throughout the week I would have a few glasses of spiced rum and Coke.”
His consultant placed him on a 1:1 Diet by Cambridge Weight Plan, in other to achieve the body of his dream, which he eventually did.
