5. Sticking with the same position
Some couple has been led to believe that missionary sex position is the best when you want to have conceived. This may be true but the fact is that when a man ejaculates, sperm swims out, goes directly into the cervical mucus and into the fallopian tubes.

Living an unhealthy lifestyle can affect your chances of becoming parents. From your diet and exercise to smoking, alcohol and illegal drugs, just about anything you do can affect your fertility. Even stress and depression can have an effect on your fertility.
