2. Red meat
Erectile dysfunction is one of the first symptoms of a heart problem. Most cuts of red meat contain high levels of saturated fat, which can lead to high cholesterol and heart disease. Eat low fat protein options such as chicken, salmon, and beans to help keep your heart healthy – and your sex life healthy. A happy heart means successful sexual function. 3. Pre-packaged foods
