YBNL soldier, Adekunle Gold has finally revealed to media that he was the one responsible for releasing his own album before the scheduled date.
In an interview with Encomium magazine, while talking about his album, the Orente singer said
‘It’s been really amazing. I didn’t expect the love I have been getting since the album was released’.
When he was questioned on why the album was leaked 3days before the expected July 28th release date, Adekunle Gold said, he and his team made that decision, in his words;
‘My team and I were so excited about the album and couldn’t wait 3 days for people to hear it. I just had an emergency meeting with the team and we decided to surprise everybody. Thank God it worked’.
On reports that he planned on suing some bloggers for uploading the album for free download, the Sade crooner said;
‘Just a day after we dropped the album some bloggers were putting the album out for free and my team did well to bring some blog posts down. I never mentioned I wanted to sue anybody.’
