Despite’s last born and a pretty girl who goes by the name Akosua Serwaa Nyarko Sikasuo.
Sikasuo is an Akan name meaning “river of money”, obviously, a fitting name for Despite’s last born given the riches of her parents.
She is said to be the mother of Madam Anita, the CEO of a popular hotel in Kumasi called Anita Hotel in Ejisu.
