South African singer, Elaine has been nominated for the Viewer’s Choice: Best New International Act at this year BET Awards.
She was nominated alongside some international acts such as Arlo Parks from the UK, French singer Bramsito, Bree Runway from the UK, Mc Dricka from Brazil, French singer Ronisia and Nigeria’s Tems.
The voting lines for the category will be open from 4pm on Monday, 7 June to Friday, 11 June at 4pm.
“The Viewer’s Choice: Best New International Act category was created to award breakthrough talent and emerging voices in music from around the world. We’re thrilled to honour this year’s exceptional nominees on the global BET Awards platform,” senior vice president of BET International Monde Twala revealed while speaking to Daily Sun.
Elaine signed with international record label Columbia Records last year, and she’s also relocated to the United States of America.
The South African born is living her dream life.
