Alapomeji ancestors, 9ice has come correct on whether he takes drugs or smoke just to get ready for a performance, which he actually said he’s not in to.
In his chat with BBC Yoruba, 9ice admits that while there are artistes who do drugs, drugs or alcohol do not give inspiration but only put the artiste in the mood even when he or she is not.
The “Arami” 9ice now address the issue by saying:
“Sometimes, I get paid to sing but I am not in the mood to do so, however, the fact that I gave received payment means I must go ahead with the performance regardless”.
