In the videos, people sing along, and then fall in a heap on the floor as if they’d just fainted.

The dance sees fans falling to the ground at the chorus and words: ke na le bolwedhe bao idibala (I have an illness of fainting). Videos have gone viral on social media of people listening to the song and fainting during the chorus, including drivers, paramedics and school kids.
