Its no news that popular Nigerian musician, Olubankole Wellington, popularly known as Banky W, has delved into politics.
The singer and actor has been passionate about becoming a lawmaker and is vying for the office of Federal House of Representative, representing Eti Osa federal constituency, Lagos state.
During a town-hall meeting, Banky W, while trying to give reasons why he is the best man for the job, did not hesitate to recall his achievement in the entertainment industry.
Banky W said the moment he became successful, he decided to take people of the street and make them better.
“We have taken producers who use to sell pure water on the streets,” Banky W said. He went ahead to say talented producer, Masterkraft and music icon, Wizkid, are part of his track record in the industry.
