Social media users were shocked when sister Derby, after everything that medikal did to her, posted a picture of them both and wished the married medikal a happy birthday.
Many people applauded her for her courage but others also insulted her that the picture she used was not appropriate because medikal was now a married man and deserves some respect.
Reacting to the post in a telephone interview with Abeiku santana, Sister Derby revealed that, she was pressured into wishing medikal a happy birthday by her fans.
Sister Derby said, it was the only picture of herself and medikal on her phone so she had to use it and that she sees nothing wrong with it.
