The award-wining Fante rapper Kofi Kinaata has declared that he is not willing to sign any upcoming artist as he claims they are no ready to serve.
in an interview on tv3, Kofi Kinaata revealed that his recent encounter with upcoming artists has discouraged him from signing any to his record label.
He stated that: “with what I see around, I’m not encouraged to sign any artiste because if you do, now Ghanaians will say you are sitting on his shine, or you want to tap into their fanbase”.
He also added that these upcoming artists of this time are not willing to serve as he recalls the services he had to extend as a young artist at the High-Grade Family while he was a member of the record label.
