SA businessman, TT Mbah speaks on how he’s been helping himself recover from Covid-19 aside using pills.
In a video shared on Instagram, TT said being positive and looking after his mind helps in recovering from the virus.
He said the moment he allowed the virus get to him for few days, it reflected on his body.
TT hopes to get re-tested next-week and he said he’s been on isolation.
