An ex-convict of the Nsawam Medium Security Prison has made some shocking revelation about what goes on in the prison.
according to him in an interview on Happy 98.9 FM’s ‘Epa Hoa Daben’ with Afrifa-Mensah, the prison is turned upside down whenever there is a shortage of marijuana in the facility.
the ex-convict identified as Mohammed also revealed that although ‘wee’ is illegal, they manage to smuggle it inside the prisons.
Mohammed revealed;
“The only thing not in the Nsawam Prison is cocaine. Inmates are able to smuggle a lot of substances into the prison especially ‘wee’. But whenever there is a shortage of the substance in the prison, even the prison wardens go into hiding,’’
he added;
“The ‘wee’ helps prisoners to relax and remain calm whilst waiting for their sentencing to end. It also helps people to sleep and chaos only erupts when the substance is not available,”
speaking on how the manage to send the ‘wee’ into the prison. Mohamed disclosed that when they go out to work they hide it in their anus sometimes too they hide and enter the prison without the officers seeing them.
