Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Lootlove penned a sweet note to the two girls.
“We’ve come so far. 🥺❤️ The best thing that ever happened to me, was you two. I mean I’m fighting for my life in year 4… 😂 but I wouldn’t have it any other way,” she wrote.
