President Cyril Ramaphosa was caught looking at the derriere of the new Minister of Transport, Sindisiwe Chikunga.
Sindisiwe was sworn-in as the new minister of transport and Newzroom Afrika aired the event.
The minister was called upon to approach the ceremonial table; while she started to the place, Cyril was seen taking a peek at her buttocks.
