Liverpool and Brazil star, Phillipe Coutinho, has sensationally handed in a transfer request to leave the club barely hours after Liverpool owners, Fenway Sports Group revealed that the mercurial attacking midfielder wasn’t for sale at any price.

“The club’s definitive stance is that no offers for Philippe will be considered and he will remain a member of Liverpool Football Club when the summer window closes.
” The 25 year old Coutinho just signed a new 5 year deal with Liverpool in January, making Liverpool to be at a strong bargaining position, but it’s clear that the player’s isn’t interested any longer and according to Sky Sports, he has handed in a transfer request as Barcelona plan to make him Neymar’s replacement.
