Reports from Aso Rock villa in Abuja on Wednesday, May 3 are that for the third time in a row, President Muhammadu Buhari was absent at Federal Executive Council meeting.
In the president’s place is Vice President Yemi Osinbajo.
President Buhari was expected to preside over the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting which holds today, Wednesday, May 3, 2017.
The president’s itinerary for this week confirmed that he was scheduled to preside over the FEC meeting billed to hold at 11:00 am inside the Council Chambers of the Aso Rock Presidential Villa, Abuja. “All is now set for Mr President to preside over tomorrow’s (today’s meeting of the Federal Executive Council.
I can confirm to you very strongly that Mr President will be at the Council Chambers for FEC meeting tomorrow (today),” the report quoted a source as saying.
