A man was shot dead close to Amsterdam University’s AMC teaching hospital on Monday night in the third fatal shooting in the capital in three days.
His killer managed to escape on a bicycle, despite a wide search and the use of a helicopter, police said.
They are appealing for witnesses to come forward.
