The Mail claim Barca are determined to sign the Brazilian, but alsosay Liverpool equally determined NOT to sell.
Coutinho, 25, signed a new deal _ running until June 2022 — just last season so are under no pressure to accept a bid.If the Catalan club are to get their man, they will have to surpass the £75million fee they paid for Luis Suarez in 2014.
