2. Don’t fight back and maintain your composure

3. Understand that no good will come out by blaming others

6. Understand that it was you who did wrong, not your partner

It is often said that it takes a hundred truths to build a relationship but just one lie to break it. Your partner’s behaviour is just a reaction to your actions. You can’t put everything on him/her when you are the one who broke his/her heart. It is your duty to act maturely and understand your responsibilities at that time.
7. Contemplate on the importance of the relationship
When sensitive times knock at your door, it gives you a chance to think about everything. It is a time to think about what your partner and his companionship mean to you. Even though you have committed a mistake, the guilt of it doesn’t need to overpower your rational self. Organize your thoughts and emotions and just try to make things normal.
