DJ Citi Lyts dedicates some of his tweets to Emtee and a few other hip hop stars.
The DJ awarded himself for making the rapper trap and drop hits back to back.
Narrating how he made that possible, he said: “When I first heard Emtee rap/trap in English, I said Yo bro!! What’s your home language? He said I’m Xhosa, I said Trap in that language. HITS CAME FLYING AFTER THAT.
Citi said the relationship between himself and the father of 2 might not be tight, but he desires to see him at the top again, because there’s no other African trapper like him.
“I WANNA SEE EMTEE BACK IN THE POSITION HE DESERVES TO BE IN. WE MIGHT NOT BE TIGHT BUT I NEED TO SEE HIM AT THE TOP.”
