Imo state governor, Hope Uzodinma, received his Certificate of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission INEC this afternoon, Wednesday January 15th.
He was awarded the certificate barely 24 hours after the Supreme Court nullified the election of Emeka Ihedioha as the governor of the state.
