Mmabatho Montsho is over the moon after her short film, The Award Ceremony has won an international award.
The star has gone international as she has been receiving international recognition.
Taking to her Instagram, the actress shared the news to her fans and followers.
The film received the title of the Best Short Film at the Worldwide Women’s Film Festival in the USA.
Mmabatho also has another film titled Joko Ya Hao which has also been nominated for an award at the Pan African Film Festival.
Mmabatho took to social media to announce the fact that her film Joko Ya Hao was going to be screening in New York: “Thank you for the official selection of our film @AfricanFilmFest we can’t go to New York, but our film #jokoyahao can. Screening online 4-16February with @FilmLinc #NYAFF2021.”
