A good Nigerian, Oduenyi P. Chibueze, has raised an alarm after spotting a man identified as Ogbonna Onyeka from Abia, who allegedly went mad in Niger state.
According to Chibueze, this happened in his area. He shared the pics to try to locate the man’s family.
Here was what he shared on Facebook;
