Nollywood actress, Kate Henshaw has took to her Instagram page to give out an advise to her fan that they should learn to stop seeking acceptance from others when they ought to be more focused on their journey.
The fitness enthusiast who gave the advice via her social media page stressed the need for everyone to run their individual races in life.
