A Nigerian man identified only by the initials B.E.O was detained at the Istanbul Airport after he had ingested 844 grams of a narcotic substance.
The drugs which he ingested were picked out by the airport’s body scanners even though they were carefully concealed in 96 capsules.
The suspect, who came to Istanbul with the Ethiopia-Istanbul flight, was detained upon arrival at the airport.
