ho Madjozi spilled out the reason Own It remix can’t be found on any music platform anymore.
In May, the SA star announced that she featured on Stormzy’s song alongside Nigerian star, Burna Boy.
However, she disclosed on Thursday afternoon that Burna Boy instructed Stormzy to take down the song because they are in the same BET awards nomination category for Best International Act.
“For those asking where the #Ownitremix is, after I got nominated alongside him for BET Best International Act, Burna boy asked Stormzy’s team to take down the song immediately,” Sho tweeted.
“I’m also the only woman in the category for best international act. Next year let’s have more,” she added.
The John Cena hitmaker believes Burna Boy thinks she’s a threat to him at the international level.

I could be wrong. Maybe he has other reasons. But BET announcement was on June 15th and by June 17th I was getting complaints from fans saying they can’t find it.
