Marco Verratti – For several weeks rumours have been flying around claiming that PSG midfielder Marco Verratti could be on his way to Barcelona.
According to Friday’s edition of Spanish daily Sport, that transfer is now imminent as the Italian international has said “yes” to the Catalans.
The backdrop to this transfer rumour is that PSG have consistently insisted that Verratti is staying put this summer.
24-year-old Verratti is under contract at the Parc de Princes until 2021.

Verratti has been spotted in Ibiza this week with his agent, as rumours linking him with a Barcelona move have increased.
Indeed, fake news spread on Thursday that Verratti had met Leo Messi in Ibiza to discussing joining him at the Camp Nou.
Sport tell their readers on Friday that Verratti is determined to make the Barca move happen, and he’s willing to put pressure on PSG to get his way. Indeed, he’s reportedly told the Ligue 1 giants of his intention to leave.
