Angel has disclosed that she had always thought her biological mum was her sister until she turned seven.
The 21-year-old writer made the revelation while having a discussion with Cross on how distant she was from her parents.
Angel said, “When I was in high school, I went years without seeing my mum.
“The funny thing is I didn’t know my mum was my mum until I was a certain age. I thought my granny was my mum.”
She said she was around the age of seven when she finally discovered she was her mother, when Cross asked.
Angel said, “I think I found out she was my mum when I was probably like seven.”
Earlier in the show, Angel had revealed that her mum had her at 16 and tried to abort her as advised by her grandmother.
